Director: Ian Stevens

Career spanning over 30 years in Project Controls from being an integral team member of one of the first integrated baseline reviews (IBR) in Australia when Project Controls and Earned Value Management were first being implemented and mandated in the Defence Industry. After over 17 year’s experience in differing fields of the Defence Industry including Aerospace and gaining immeasurable experience in project controls on multi-million dollar fixed and cost plus projects, Ian then moved onto Infrastructure, Mining, Oil and Gas and Construction including EPCM projects implementing some of the valuable practices gained from his earlier years in the Aerospace industry. 

You will be very hard pressed to find a more experienced Projects Controls Engineer and we are very proud to have him as our Team Leader in the company, the training and knowledge Ian is passing down to our professional consultants is second to none. 

Operations Manager: Kurt Stevens

Kurt started his Project Controls career as a consultant in substation design and construct then moved onto scheduling power substation shut-downs, he is fully trained as a skilled trainer in Primavera and has frequently provided training courses for top tier global company's, Kurt has received highly commendable comments in feedback from these training courses.

Kurt is currently working in the mining industry in a Senior Consultant role utilising his experience in Primavera and Microsoft Project.

He is frequently in demand for assignments including Audits and gap analysts of clients systems that utilise Primavera.  We are very fortunate to have Kurt as part of our training team for our own Consultants on going in-house training.

Our amazing team does not stop there, we have Andrew Harper who has vast experience in Electrical company development and set-up, marketing and sales experience in top-tier company's and is also an experienced planning and scheduling consultant.  Doug Nelson experience in program management at all levels across all industries - business development and commercial aspects as well as costing and finance with experience in Project controls.  Jane Stevens over 25 year's experience in Administration and Office Management, Anoop Alapatt and Matt Timms both experienced Project control consultants.
